@JuliusGoat If it's just a few bad apples, why was it necessary to cover a Holocaust memorial in London? If the majority of the protesters opposes antisemitism, why don't they take action against antisemitic aggression at the protests? Because it's not just a few bad apples. "From the river to the see" and "globalize the Intifada" chants have been common at these protests from day one.

Blueberry (starsandinfinity@retro.pizza)'s status on Wednesday, 01-May-2024 00:53:04 JST Blueberry @JuliusGoat Cool. So why are there so many cases of Jewish people being harassed? Why can't they protest without chanting slogans that imply that destruction of Israel? And why is the responsibility of Hamas never mentioned? Why isn't there any international and vocal pressure on Hamas to release the hostages?

I don't see a problem with either. I also don't see a problem with moderate Christians being expected to speak out against Christian fundamentalists, for that matter. -

Blueberry (starsandinfinity@retro.pizza)'s status on Tuesday, 05-Dec-2023 07:58:59 JST Blueberry Hey! There's a person in my life who's struggling badly with still not having found their place/path in their mid 30s. Knowing what they'd like to do, yes, but feeling like they're never gonna get there, just being stuck forever, feeling like a loser, too old to get a chance anymore. So I'm looking for motivational stories from people who managed to find success in life despite starting out late and having the odds stacked against them. Boosts are very much appreciated, thank you ❤

Blueberry (starsandinfinity@retro.pizza)'s status on Wednesday, 08-Nov-2023 23:49:55 JST Blueberry I think I'm going to take a break from Mastodon. I'm seeing too many "yes, but both sides!" posts about the massacre and I can't deal with it.
You can criticise Israel's settlement policies but nothing, absolutely nothing justifies what happened a week ago. Hamas wants to wipe Israel from the face of the Earth and Israel has the right to defend itself. Palestinian civilians die because Hamas uses them as human shields.
