I think I'm going to take a break from Mastodon. I'm seeing too many "yes, but both sides!" posts about the massacre and I can't deal with it.

You can criticise Israel's settlement policies but nothing, absolutely nothing justifies what happened a week ago. Hamas wants to wipe Israel from the face of the Earth and Israel has the right to defend itself. Palestinian civilians die because Hamas uses them as human shields.
