@puniko @kurukuru redis not doing multithreading can be mitigated my running multiple and a proxy in front (sharding) when the application supports connecting to only one. but yeah splitting it up in the software's config sounds like a neat idea

I do intend to (hopefully temporarily) move snug.moe into allowlist federation. If you didn't keep track of what's going on it's to avoid spam bots. As such here is the initial list I compiled together.
Please take a look, Ctrl+F your favourite instance maybe, though if it's well federated with us it will most likely be here already, since I took the instances with the most PubSub first (+ some extras). Feel free to suggest instances to add here.
Until February 27 2024 10:00 GMT when I will put the final list in place and activate Secure Mode. But even after that I'm always open for instance suggestions.
