Structures of hierarchical power endanger children.

I make the same amount of money with a PhD in 2024 as I did as a janitor in 2004.

Dunno if it’s useful for folks, but here’s a list of things I’ve tried that haven’t helped long covid:
- healthy food
- an endless array of vitamins (magnesium, vitamin d3, c, zinc, k2, b12, etc etc etc)
- positive thinking
- hydration
- fasting
- extended rest
- antihistamines
- anti-inflammatories
- low dose naltrexone
- nattokinase and serrapeptase
- nicotine
- mRNA vaccine (5th shot sent me back to my worst symptoms)

Basically only a marginal and temporary improvement from taking aspirin has affected my symptoms (extreme fatigue, muscle pain primarily in my legs, mild brain fog)

AI is the perfect technology for a time of the eternal present, endlessly vomiting out different combinations of already existing data and calling it the future.
