Why is it always "pwetty pwetty pwease won't you convert your empty building blighting the city and we'll give you some money" instead of "here's a massive tax on your shitty underoccupied building, get somebody in there, convert it or raze and rebuild it, we don't care, just get it done"

Anybody confused why people still listen to turntables or CD players forget that they never:

- stop working because they can't connect to WiFi
- stop working because they need a firmware update
- stop working because the manufacturer dropped support
- say "if you like Bach you might like Taylor Swift"
- play ads
- recommend "turntable premium"
