@invidious Unfortunately my phone is outdated for SwiftUI and I don't have access to Xcode or ability to load developer apps. Not to mention it does not solve my current problem of a reliable 24/7 livestream viewer that doesn't cut off after 6 hours. yt-dlp I have already gone through 2 ISP IP bans viewing 24/7 livestreams.

@invidious After all instances implemented CAPTCHA, all videos after completing the check fail to load, but only on Safari for iOS

All @invidious servers are either 500 erroring out on their VPN based tunnels, or not loading videos. No matter what connection I use I can't watch anything. I have no hope for the future. Even Grayjay is not immune from IP bans.

@invidious Aha, so Invidious has a bug with Safari for iOS. It's not actually down. I usually use Invidious with iOS so this is a real shame.

@invidious every single invidious instance has implemented CAPTCHAs, so every single one that's up to date will have the iOS failing to load videos bug. I'd call that a critical/urgent bug. Unjailbroken iOS devices only have invidious as the option for a truly open source way for a privacy friendly frontend to YT. All other extensions upsell YT features.

@actuallyautistic If you're wondering why donations are not being processed, GoFundMe processes Canadian Dollar donations in Ireland, and all the banks there are closed today for St. Patrick's day.

I am at $0 again because the screen broke during my latest repair.

There's a "for parts" phone with genuine parts ready for me, but they need $360 so I can have my phone back. (My phone and SIM card are being withheld at the repair shop) Check day can only cover $290 of that because of my internet and storage locker costs. Plus I do not have money for food to survive to Wednesday... AND a different repair shop wants $130 to finish a repair, and my friend is keeping a SSD I bought as collateral until I pay him.

This means I need $400 now to make do with what's just happened. Anything extra will go towards food, the other repair shop, and my friend withholding the SSD. I'm the most insecure and vulnerable I've ever been this year and I need that last little bit to get to the finish line of a working phone.

@actuallyautistic ICYMI, my phone is currently being held at a repair shop pending a repair unless I get $400 asap. I have to respond to my family doctor and my mental health team who are trying to reach me and they cannot reach me. They will not give back the SIM card unless the repair is paid for. I also do not have money for food and it looks like I will not be able to heat any food at home all day today (landlord me time) so I will need money for eating out. @gamingonlinux while not a forced ad, Unigine Heaven and/or Valley both have a "Oil Rush" ad in the launcher. That's where I want to know if launcher ads are likely their way to compensate the gameplay halts no longer being allowed. We all know what happened to Skype.
