Dear #lazyweb,

Does any of you use any over-ear headphones with an exceptionally good built-in mic?

I'm okay to pay an arm and leg but they should be comfortable and offer servicable voice quality for long video calls. Can be wired. Preferably no software component needed, plain ol' mini-jack plug desirable.

I'm thinking about downgrading from Blue Yeti to declutter my desk but I don't want to compromise too much on mic quality. It makes tons of difference to me when others use good mics.

@Mastodon I have €107 worth of items in the cart (which is around £93 if I'm not wrong) and it still wants to charge me €16.95 for shipping to Poland. Rip.

We really need better ways to explain the fediverse and the concept of decentralization to newcomers than that worn-out email analogy.

And those concepts are complicated long before folks learn about Pixelfed, Lemmy and alikes.
