@AqiDrago Yes I did. I used to put something like that in each of the announcements for my bass cover videos, but my audience is probably not big enough for that to be very efficient.... I did find someone with whom I started doing something though. 🙂

@AqiDrago Always. 🙂 I live in the middle of nowhere, it's very difficult to find musicians to play with IRL, so any remote collaboration would be very welcome!

@AqiDrago Well, I'm not too good with sub-genres either, I have to say. 😅 I had a look on Wikipedia at what (sub)genres were related the bands I covered, and this is what I found: Progressive metal, Ambient, Djent, Nu-metal, Metalcore, Groove metal, Melodic death metal, Alternative metal, Progressive rock, Art rock, Post-progressive, Doom metal, Sludge metal, Stoner rock. So I guess it's what it says in my Peertube channel description: metal & various proggy stuff. 😉

@AqiDrago Well, since I was asking in my posts for my bass covers, just that I was looking for people to collaborate with. I kind of assumed the songs I covered would be enough info about the genre(s) I was looking for...

And for once, the theme for #TuneTuesday, hosted by @Kitty, does inspire me! The theme is from @SimoRavens19 and it's #MusicEvolution: one song from an artists's first album, and one from their last.

And my choice is King Crimson:

"21st Century Schizoid Man", from "In the Court of the Crimson King" (1969):

"Dangerous Curves", from "The Power to Believe" (2003 - their last studio album to date, and possibly the last one ever 🙁)

Mostly into computer stuff and music, but that's more for the latter that I'm here. Bass & Chapman Stick player, Linux user; also spends way too much time watching stuff on various VoD platforms...Currently in search for people to play with, mostly remotely since I live in the middle of nowhere. I'm into metal and prog stuff. Have a look at my Peertube channel for covers of songs I like.
