When I want to watch a mystery, I find myself playing the Granada production of Sherlock Holmes starring Jeremy Brett. Of all the adaptations that have been done over the years, it's still the most faithful to Conan Doyle's original stories.
What's your favourite adaptation of a book? Are there any that you enjoyed so much that you keep watching them over again?

That being said, there is an old saying about group dynamics. "There's one a$$hole in every group." You may have to become a hermit if you want to avoid mean people completely.
