Regular Upper/lower case mix for robot speech, or ALL CAPS?

Spent an enjoyable couple of hours tonight working on a new hand-drawn font for my robot/A.I. characters. Previously I'd just always used ALL CAPS from my usual hand-drawn font. Figured they needed something more bespoke though.
