according to the law and the courts this is felony assault and attempted murder, we know that the knee on the neck is an attempt at murder because of George Floyd's murder.

that being said, if you witness a felony assault, you are in every legal right to defend that person and the official law states that it doesn't matter if it's a cop or not.
