@SolSoCoG I had a Roomba which tried to align itself perfectly towards its charging station, but always wound up 1 cm to the side... tried again... and battery died on 5th or 6th attempt midways to its goal 😅

@SolSoCoG also, is it me, or almost nobody makes space themed games which promote building, upgrading and habitation?
Evocron: shoot.
Starfield: shoot.
X series: shoot many ships.
Endless Space: build for shooting.
Outer Wilds: die 2368 times because we said so.
Homeworld: build, shoot, die.

It's so sad.

@SolSoCoG wait 3-5 years, get Skyrim ported to space + 100500 horny jail mods and a complete engine overhaul, lolz

But I dunno, it seems so bad people could just continue modding Skyrim. When Fallout 4 engine was so janky for modding, most modders just stopped fiddling with it, if memory serves.
Well, except Kinggath with stuff which actually kills the game mid-playthrough most of the time, and Reg with his Ivy companion which is awesome. And some atmospheric story-mods, ~10-15 or so.

@SolSoCoG yeah, I've bought this buggy shite of a game a couple years back with all "passes" and DLC and I couldn't even install it because a while ago it was around 305 GB install and I only have 280 GB SSD not counting OS.

But yeah, the main instance has a shiny cover buuuut... Lacking in many aspects.

Bookwyrm kinda sucks for my taste - no statistics, visuals, tag/genre clouds, limited options for communication, strange UI/UX, etc.

I'll poke around some more, but it seems StoryGraph would do a thing for now.

Mongol king wanted to do our own stuff with a recommendation engine though! I'll help her do it when we escape the yoke of her stupid CEO and my no-work stuck-up situation, I guess.

Now I'm reading up on that UFoI thingy you've mentioned, it's a curious debate for sure.

If admin of ieji.de won't make a clear statement about blocking Meta incursion in coming hours, I will be moving my account to some other open-registration server on 5th of July.
