@tokyo_0 I use an app called, FitBod. It tracks my workouts and generates lifts using AI. I can shoot you a trial if you want to give it a go.

I won’t lift again until next year. At the beginning of 2023 I set a goal to lift 1,000,000 pounds. The results are in: Goal Achieved.
