Metropolis (1927) Fritz Lang and Thea von Harbou. Love German Expressionist cinema generally tbh, but Metropolis is set in 2026 and has things to say about capitalism that are still relevant. Plus one of the earliest and very best robots!

Well, I had a go, using an idea that I've had kicking around for a while: gold space dragons with wings and fronds like a Leafy Seadragon but they're solar sails! 🌌🐉✨

I think I want to write a poem... what shall I write about? Anyone have a prompt spare? (In the speculative direction... 🪐🔮💀)

I don't particularly like what I wrote but that's ok; the first draft's job is only to exist 😊
