It's almost as cold inside as outside, please we'd desperately need help to at least get the electric heater tomorrow. Our isolation is really really bad and we already live without a functioning boiler.

We're both disabled/chronically ill and are currently very sick, we're never gonna heal without any source of warmth.

I've managed to go to the pharmacy and get my treatment back, but now we're broke.

We're living one day after the other, the UK ruined us. Our way back home's been chaotic.

I'll have to make a GFM to raise money to buy a new electric heater, a new phone for my fiancée, a SD card - if that's possible, an external hard drive so she wouldn't ever lose all her files again - my additional meds too, EMDR, and food...

Too sick for it now, need to rest. 🤒

My NFC wasn't working the second time, we've been charged so much for the train (on the tube) because we haven't been able to check out in the end.

We've had to pay for a cab to try and get my meds. Our cash has been stolen and we have bank fees.

We're here to see her family but are stuck in West Kirby and have to go to the South of London.

Cops said they'll call in 2 days after checking the camera.

We've managed to go to my fiancé's uncle's without contacting him first, as we couldn't.

My fiancé has been able to bring us to West Kirby and found his house, but we're stuck here now, with no way to contact her other aunt.

We were supposed to see her on the 10th and 11th, like an hour in the South of London. We'll have to go back to London anyway to get back to France, it's already booked.

We're in a safe place, at last!

I'm writing a long but important thread about what happened since we left. I'll post it as soon as it'll be done in my notes, will be easier!

We're in need of help. I'm posting asap, in less than an hour for sure, I believe I'll be done by then.

We also discovered today (it takes a few days to be up-to-date) that my bank takes 10% fees on each payment we do with my credit card, and they have taken over 30€ in 4 days only.

We also had to take the cab because I forgot one of my most important meds in France. Had to go through 111 tonight, as they told us to do at the hospital in Leeds a few days ago.

and she doesn't have her family addresses, numbers etc anymore. It happened in front of a camera but the cops don't care.

They said they'd call back within 48 hours if they found it, but nothing. The phone has been taken in her trenchcoat's pocket while she was giving some change to a person in need.

We didn't see him, but she had her phone a minute before. We've tried chasing him, but he ran faster than us and disappeared.

She's devastated.

My fiancé's lost all her social networks so far, she can't connect on FB to text her aunt. She did with my account and added them, no response so far. Hopefully they'll see it tomorrow.

Here's everything that happened:

First, we've been kinda robbed £60 cash at an ATM when we arrived in the UK. We were just trying to help a guy stay housed; he said he'd give me the change immediately, but didn't, ran and vanished.

Two days later, my fiancé's phone has been stolen in Liverpool (Bold Street)

So tonight we went to the pharmacy after 111, but once we arrived, they said it was UK residents only, and that I had to go to the hospital to see a GP.

The cab cost us $68 for nothing.

We're at her uncle's but he's already struggling financially himself, so he unfortunately can't help.

For context, we've been to the ER there back then, but had to leave for our own safety because of cops being homophobic towards me in the waiting room.

They started insulting/threatening me just because I was wearing a Gay's The Word tote bag. Nobody said anything.

Please we desperately need help to cover our way back to London, where we'll be heading back to France on the 14th.

We're also probably gonna have to buy a new phone for my fiancé, but we have to wait to be back in France for her sim card. Still waiting on the cops first, if they find hers.
