Latest obsessive project: For the animated 3D maps of my summer #BikePacking trip, I realized that it'd be good include rivers. It looks good and helps with orientation. I started manually creating a speadsheet with the rivers for each day of the trip. @amapanda 's https://waterwaymap.org/ has been very helpful for that. Once I have the spreadsheet, I can pull the #OpenStreetMap data with the `osmdata` #RStats package. (1/
