another camera-related thing bothering me about the Mi 10T Pro is this

the front camera is a tiny screen cutout in the top left

so it's in the way of the notification bar

i don't even *want* a front camera (and apparently the front camera on the 10T Pro isn't even good)

but like. why not put it in the *middle*? then it's only interruptive sometimes

they really did take a super nice IPS panel, cut the edges off, and punch a hole in it

for no reason

the rounded edges are whatever but they sure do bother me as well

I wish we never invented shaped displays
