@HauntedOwlbear Hi, sorry, this isn't applicable to this case, it was intended to be a more general parody of open-source software as well as make the joke more surreal by creating a direct contradiction (proprietary + being pro-Stallman).

The attack on the #InternetArchive came at the worst possible time, less than a week after losing their appeal, kicking them while they're down. There was a clear attempt at achieving publicity.

To me personally, the goal is destroying their public credibility and their image of them being the most appropriate place to preserve history - they've clearly annoyed someone, so they're doing something right.

Over the past few months, I played around with OpenStreetMap a lot so as to learn some Blender basics. As there was a lack of a comprehensive guide out there on the Internet, I published something for the first time in ages.

@libreleah And you get a worse streaming quality if you don't have a TV costing thousands, or if you choose to watch from a browser (or using Linux) instead of the Windows app.

So you're basically punished if you don't use a computer in a way that merely represents a contradiction to the idea of not having control over your own devices. And the "well-protected" shows land on piracy sites in full quality after 30 minutes anyway.

Δεν την είχα... εξαιρετικά προοδευτική, αν με πιάνεις, αλλά νομίζω πως βλέπω παράδειγμα για το πως η έκθεσή μας "δημοσίως" ("representation") μπορεί να κάνει τέτοια μεγάλη διαφορά.

Η γιαγιά μου μου είπε να δούμε μία σειρά μαζί, και μου πρότεινε τις "Σέρρες". Για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν, η υπόθεση στρέφεται γύρω από έναν γκέι άντρα*, ο οποίος ξαναέρχεται σε επαφή με τον αποξενωμένο πατέρα του.

* Νομίζω πως παίζει να έχει λίγο ψιλιαστεί κάτι.
