Oxford Circus is awful, as you say, but both ends of the Waterloo and City aren't much better. It's not at all clear that that line doesn't filter into one of the other ones out of the far side.

One of my best friends has a trans daughter, who is just on the point of being prescribed blockers after a battle of about five years. We don't at this point know whether she's sufficiently far along that this will 'only' make it harder to find a sympathetic GP, or a final last-minute defeat after so long waiting.
So yes, even within an awful system, this will make things materially worse for some trans people.

My maternal grandparents lived in Ravenshead just south of Mansfield, so I visited the general area a lot as a kid, but as far as I can tell, Creswell Crags as an attraction to visit didn't really exist then. It only seems to have come to prominence in the last 20 years or so. Did you visit it as a kid?
