I feel we have demonized food a lot, and every day I'm working on building a healthier relationship with it by following the motto of 'everything in moderation'—which should be applicable to life in general anyway.

I can finally hold a plank for one whole minute, and this is an excellent day!

Tried making airfried doughnut but messed up the dough, which didn't rise, so it came out dense and unevenly cooked. But the glaze was delicious, and I may have eaten some raw dough 😑

Breakfast in bed doesn't make sense to me because who eats immediately after waking up?

Sometimes I sit with my thoughts, look at my life, and realise there's simply no dull moment. It's absolutely perfect, the way I've more or less envisioned it to be as a kid, with some tweaks here and there based on situations and what new goals I set.

I should be grateful. I *am* grateful, though it's quite easy to forget and focus on the negative.

I wonder if you guys have some go-to steps to reroute your mind when it's acting...spoiled.

Stagnation feels awful and it's existence in one area of your life slowly but steadily takes over others as well.

This realisation that people who are specific about their wants and needs are annoying to others simply because they know what they want with their life and hence the guidelines are usually to the point.

It's time to take a break from my current screen (laptop) so I can spend time with another (phone and then Kindle) and this is my version of polyamory.

If a person you were once an acquaintance with and over the years, other than random 'hi' here and there, there hasn't been any kind of communication and they suddenly drop a "I missed you" text, isn't that weird?

I also don't do well with conversations without context. Since you aren't an ex/friend, missed me for what?

Had this been someone I was once close with, I still would understand, but it was so unexpected, I reacted with "lol what?" I kinda feel bad about my reaction tho.

Looking at how some people behave in the world, we really need to bring back 'shame'.
