Brazilians being deported from the US were handcuffed, beaten, and mocked by ICE agents on the plane. Even scarier, the plane had technical problems that forced it to land in Panama and Manaus, and the deportees were only able to make it to Belo Horizonte (the capital of the state they were from) after the Brazilian government intervened and forced ICE to switch planes.

@hellomiakoda the couple of times I tried driving a SmartCar (one of those half-length cars) it was so much more convenient than a full-sized car, but being near any pickup/SUV that was driving aggressively was TERRIFYING, so I get why those aren't more popular even though they'd be good enough for a lot of people

@hellomiakoda basically, you're right, but people don't make good choices as individuals, which is why cars should just be banned in general :p

My neighbor was getting rid of a nice-looking rolly office chair and I asked if I could take it, but apparently it's somehow broken so that if you lean back even a little bit it starts to tip over. Does anyone know how to fix this?
