Treat all problems in that way. Get to the bottom of the actual problem, not the end-user's summary of it.

One good thing about the Twitter/X rebranding is now we can use "Twitter" to refer to the pre-Musk site and "X" to refer to the post-Musk site.

That's the terminology I'm running with from now on anyway.
