I began using computers (mainframes) about a decade before the WWW was invented. I recall the "good old days" before internet giants (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon) and social media walled gardens (Facebook, Twitter, etc) tried and largely succeeded to control our experience of the Internet.

Hence, I loved reading this empowering piece by @molly0xfff that tells us a different and better web is possible!

Question Opquast. D'un coté, la règle 127 demande d'indiquer les changements de langue dans une *page* (via un attribut lang sur l'élément).

D'un autre coté, la règle 144 demande d'indiquer la langue des PDF quand leur langue n'est pas la même que celle de la *page* d'origine.

Si j'écris un truc comme <a href="/my-file.pdf" lang="en">My file (PDF, 50 Ko)</a> sur une page français, ça *semble* bon.

Mais j'ai PAS indiqué que le PDF n'était pas dans la langue de la *page* là 1/
