Additionally, Elon Musk’s re-sharing of posts supporting the German far-right AfD party and his involvement in the U.S. presidential campaign for Donald Trump have likely contributed to the Berlinale’s decision to depart from the platform.

As others have stated, it'd be nice if the #Guardian said what platforms they *will* remain on.

Increased searching of the (mostly more mainstream) socials for enemies by the new neanderthals is sure to come. I will stay for now on both #twitter and #facebook but will be posting less on both than I already do.

I'll be using TOR much more than I have been, and both Signal and the newer Session Messenger, which marries the Signal e2e protocol with TOR-style routing.
