My family #email server got put onto several DNS blocklists yesterday because someone submitted a posting with a fake return address to the #Usenet newsgroup whose moderation software runs on my server, and the "fake" return address they used (@NOSPAMgmail.com) is actually a spam-trap, so when my server tried to send them email acknowledging their submission I got blocklisted.
The spamtrap in question charges money for delisting. Fuck that noise.

1. Click the Folder Pane Menu (three dots on right side of 'New Message') 📁
2. Hover over Folder Modes ➡️
3. Enable Tags ✅

Want to move the tags around? Click on the vertical three-dot Tags menu to shift them up or down.

Why did everyone stop using #email? We all.have accounts and k.ow each other's but I can't remember the last time I sent an email. スパム騒動については、最終的にはドメインホワイトリスト的なものになるんじゃないかな。定期的に合格したサーバだけを接続可能にする、というような。いまのようにfollowされたらそのサーバを自動接続するというのではなくて。
逆に不合格なところをブラックリストにするのもありうるけど。
合不合の判定はどうやってだれがやるのか、そうなるとFediverse全体の権威というか組織が必要になるかもしれない。Blueskyが中心を持っているように。
いまのFediverseはある意味、烏合の衆、で中心がない。
