The ones I ate *might* contain milk, but as you said, since it neither smells nor tastes shit, and I still haven't gotten food poisoning/stomach ache a day later, I think they are okay. They were hermetically sealed to boot.
Expired milk usually is pretty instant with food poisoning & smells quite putrid if it's too expired
