Perhaps “Seig über Amerika Tag” which is Victory over America day, which might be what the 20th century n*sis may have called prevailing over the U.S.

Or maybe “День Триумфа" Den Triumfa which is Day of Triumph in russian.

Both might be sadly accurate.

Finally, the CSA might have called it Confederate Independence Day.

These are all grim.
