Afterthought on how MSNBC hosts like Rachel Maddow, Symone Sanders, Chris Hayes, and Lawrence O’Donnell in particular talked themselves into a frenzy, seeing only what they wanted to.

When I watched a sort segment of "Morning Joe" today – I cannott stand its hosts Scarborough and Brzezinski – I saw an interview with Chris Matthews (of all!). Haven't seen him on the channel for a very long time. Is this already the preparation for his comeback to MSNBC? With the ouster of hosts like Symone Sanders or Lawrence O’Donnell?

No need for MSNBC to pose as flagship of anti-Trumpist "critical" journalism any longer, so the company will have to look for new topics and leanings to keep ratings.
