@GossiTheDog @wdormann Files that are known to be malicious, or not known to be safe show security prompts based on the fact that they're a dangerous type. Files that are known to be safe do not show security prompts.

This is why, for example, you don't get security prompts when installing e.g. Chrome when SmartScreen is enabled, but do get warnings when SmartScreen is disabled.
