Your problem here is that I've read more of these folks than you have, and far more deeply. I've read Baldwin, I've listened carefully to MLK's words, I've studied Thomas Payne, I've pored over de Tocqueville, Arendt, Angela Davis, even Adam Smith. In a more modern sense, I've read Piketty, Grandin, Pearlstein, Mayer, Klein, and so forth. I AGREE with Fanon, Rocker, DuBois about the solutions - but even your cherished scholars who aren't revolutionaries agree about the history and problems.
