Le RFC du SRV c'est le 2782, datant de 2000. Il remplace le 2052 de 1996 qui était expérimental. Je sais bien que le DNS y a beaucoup de trucs, m'enfin tout de même.
La doc d'OpenWRT dit, à propos de filterwin2k :
"Do not forward requests that cannot be answered by public name servers.
Make sure it is disabled if you need to resolve SRV records or use SIP phones."
