    ここからまた3部屋の入居を決めないといけないのが、気が重いです…やり直しですからね…しかも100万円くらいお金失った状態で。一生の教訓です。自宅の空室貸出では二度と普通借家契約はしないです。

    自宅以外でも普通借家契約する場合は、保証会社を絶対入れます。取り立てがめちゃくちゃ面倒くさいので。かかる手間の割に合わないので…3か月の滞納を待たないといけないので。時間の無駄なんです。
