This is a super weird case if you actually read the article instead of just posting the headline:

Guy got two images in a WhatsApp group, and there's no evidence he had other images or viewed that kind of stuff before. Still seems like a crazy ruling for the general case .. and was probably too broad, but I can see the individual prosecution being an issue too. 🤷
