@mdm @djsundog I don't think it's something that happened super intentionally. Apple got into a *very* weird and tight relationship with AT&T, and for a while IIRC, Android devices were typically GSM but non-AT&T, and I think that Verizon and others were hoping to pick up their own Big Flagship Thingy, but there was no legitimate third contender, so the CDMA networks were just kinda a churn of "let's see if this thing will do it..." This sort of thing happens unintentionally all the time.
