@selmins -- Here's the funny thing. People who CAN make all the foods from scratch and stuff recognize it AS A SKILL and it takes very specialized KNOWLEDGE and LABOR and investment of TIME to make the food.
I make super special cakes that you'd pay $20+ a slice for at the best restaurant in your city and it will feed two people. People do not understand that it takes TWO DAYS to make it.
I made Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, and Turkey Gravy FROM SCRATCH. Takes THREE DAYS of prep.
