When the self service unit in the store is talking to me as if it is a person.
It's a shit machine made specifically to make me do the work a trained person used to do, it's not even doing anything, it's just shifted a previously payed job to the unpaid customer, and then it's owner's have the audacity to make it talk to me.
Yuck!
I dislike most when it thanks me.
Thanks that mean nothing. It's an empty uncaring non-entity spewing out sounds that are supposed to make me humanize it and it's owners.
