Yeah thats fair. My impression is they are anarchists but not particularly developed theoretically. The Anonymous aesthetic reminds me of the Arab Spring. I would assume they are small and occasionally show up to protests in bloc but by no means are leading some massive movement. I would guess no way they are bigger than 15 people.
