@kaia @cell Japanese web design is in many regards still very conservative so you can find a lot of pages like that floating around if you know where to look (not even counting the English language pages which deliberately imitate that aesthetic because of aesthetic affinity, nostalgia, or to signal some kind of allegiance to an idealization of Japanese culture as they see it)
