@padraig I'm not a great stout drinker. I'll have one occasionally, or if there's nothing else on offer I fancy. I often say only half-jokingly that the only thing I miss about the UK is the beer. I'd be a big fan of hand-pumped cask ale, as long as it isn't a flowery IPA.
