@Specialist_Being_677 Best i can advise is avoid confrontation, just show understanding and awareness. You're trying to balance being a good patient in their mind for a first impression and not fighting them while gathering as much info as you can in terms of your options now and in the future. Remain pleasant and bright eyed, just enquire what regimen options they offer and at what points.
Some endos will only offer one pathway and thats it, others will have one they prefer with other options to pivot to if its not working well down the line. They will have a starter regimen to put you on - importantly just avoid agreeing or telling them in anyway that you want to "go slow" or youll be put on a low dose. Starter dose its likely going to be estradiol pills or patches (or gel if its available in your country).
They should guide you through the process. Hopefully it should all be smooth. Accept whatever their initial starter regimen to show willing, and if theres things that need changing that can be done at your next appointment as they up your regimen doses.
