@chjara the new atheism community has actively been trying to get rid of him for over a decade now and the actual people that consume content mostly don't care if he says jerky things sometimes, he's a big celebrity and they still like him. a couple years ago "skepchick" (she doesn't call her self that anymore) tried to push her weight around and made an ultimatum to a conference that they had to pick either him or her and they kicked her ass to the curb lmao but over time they've taken control of the community and are enforcing their little diktats on everyone now.
