@chjara It's a restriction on: "The freedom to run the program as you wish, for any purpose (freedom 0)", so therefore the program in nonfree.
I frankly don't care about the rights of assholes, but I'm not so much of an asshole that I'd consider restricting the usage of a program.
I don't even understand why people even want to attempt to restrict the usage of software with copyright.
Assholes are frankly just going to ignore the license - so the very idea doesn't even pan out.
Additionally, the terms forbids a bunch of things that break the law anyway - if people are willing to break the law, they'll be even more willing to just ignore the license, so such terms are completely pointless.
