I use #KeePassXC (https://keepassxc.org). Then I encrypt it with #Cryptomator (https://cryptomator.org) so I can upload it to a cloud service (in case I need it elsewhere, and as a secondary backup).
Some of the most used accounts, but not that “important”, are in an online password manager. Also I make sure 2FA is enabled (so even if the online service is compromised, they still can't get into my account).
For 2FA, the best I've found is #Authy. I'm still looking for another way that doesn't rely on an online service.
