I don't really think anyone really believes that it is okay for an adult to sleep with an illustration of a pre-pubescent child on a body pillow. Sleeping whether that be alone or with someone is usually a deeply intimate and personal affair. When we are asleep, we're at our most vulnerable which is why most people choose to only sleep with someone they trust and feel comfortable with. The same applies to household pets which still have a deeper connection to their feral past than we do.

Taking that into consideration, the notion of sleeping with a body pillow with an illustration of a prepubescent child is not only pretty weird but downright creepy as I'm sure you'll agree. Anyone who has set a moment aside to parse this very same thing, @newt included will probably draw the same conclusion.

Pretty common sense stuff, don't be surprised when people give weird looks after finding a body pillow in the room. Though women typically have a little more leeway with that sort of thing.
