No one has ever had to apologize for being white.
They should damned well apologize for being racist scumbag assholes who think the entire world should bow to their whims. But that's not a function of their skin color, it's a product of their upbringing, selfishness and hypocrisy.
The only reason any white person feels the need to apologize is because of those racist scumbag assholes sharing their skin color. But no one is required to apologize for the acts of others.
