@br00t4c Yeah - people seeking compromise often want to bring people together. They're usually more open-minded and less defensive and more tolerant and accepting of others' ideas even if they disagree. People with strong and aggressive "persuasion" techniques tend to want to prove a point. You can't have good conversations with people who don't have an accepting orientation. They tend to be more insecure.
Rule 1 though you can't have a good conversation if you never talk in the first place!
