@nemesis i have a particular hateboner for the "reset to baseline" method of writing. i dunno if its because i grew up on seth mcfarlane or because shows like battlestar galactica existed but it just annoys me when characters and plots try to make progress and the season change feels like the whole script just got lobotomized to fit the cop procedural format for management.
