The literal translation for "La derecha oprime, la izquierda libera” is “The right oppresses, the left liberates” but it is used as an idiom like “leftie loosey, rightie tighty” for reminding you which way to turn bolts and screws.

It is an interesting example of how phrases lose their literal meaning and hold meanings outside of the text.

Japanese does this often.
