This will happen more and more as companies get bought and sold. It recently happened to grandfathered accounts of VPNSecure, the new heads of the company canceled a whole bunch of grandfathered accounts and the story hit the news it was so bad. I used to be a big fan of Trakt, and wasn't on a grandfathered account but this move has me moving elsewhere too.
