It's 4hp wide (approximately 20mm) and roughly 130mm high.
There are 5 rows of 2 3.5mm jack sockets. The jacks on the left are marked "IN", those on the right "OUT"
At the bottom is a black potentiometer knob with the letters "Razors" and "OUCH" above it.
At bottom left is the NLC logo for nonlinearcircuits.
